Mr. Quach Huu Canh has nearly 14 years of experience in legal consulting for leading corporations and enterprises in Vietnam in the fields of: telecommunications – television, retail and e-commerce, resort and entertainment tourism, industry and technology, real estate – construction, finance, legal compliance and policy consultations….

Before establishing HELIO, Mr. Canh held positions in charge of legal work at several large organizations, operating in multidisciplinary activities such as: in charge of legal control of member companies of Vingroup such as: VinID, VinPro, Vinpearl, Vinpearl Land, Vinmart, Vinmart+, VinEco, VinBigdata, VinAI, VinBrain, VinCSS, VinUni….; managing the Legal Department of Umee Financial Technology Group. Mr. Canh has extensive experience in negotiating, building and controlling commercial contracts, corporate governance and legal compliance, in which, the Mr. Canh’s key highlights are the negotiation and signing of the contracts with the world’s leading partners in technology and management consulting such as Salesforce, Google, Advantech, AWS, Samsung, BCG, KPMG, Deloitte… and successful development and implementation of a legal compliance control system for all member companies of Vingroup. Currently, Mr. Canh is providing regular legal consulting services to more than 50 enterprises with a total charter capital of nearly 5 billion USD.

Mr. Canh graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Law – Hanoi Law University and the Lawyer Training Course from the Judicial Academy of Vietnam.
