Mr. Pham Thanh Tuan has nearly 17 years of legal consulting experience in the field of investment and real estate.

Mr. Tuan had worked in many large companies in Vietnam such as: Concetti Company; YKVN Law Partnership Company; TNG Holdings Vietnam Investment Joint Stock Company; Vinhomes Joint Stock Company; Weland Real Estate Investment and Business Development Joint Stock Company and T&T Group Joint Stock Company.

Some outstanding deals that Mr. Tuan has participated in include:

• Directly control project legal procedures; work with local authorities and ministries to explain legal problems when implementing the project.
• Structure and negotiate with partners on transfer and M&A of real estate projects
• Participate in commenting and criticizing drafts of the Law on Investment 2020, Law on Real Estate Trading (2023), Law on Housing (2023), Land Law (2024) issued by the National Assembly Committee on Economy and National Assembly Committee on Law organized; Comment on draft Decree 31/2021/ND-CP elaboration of some arcticles of the Law on Investment, Decree 30/2021/ND-CP guiding the Law on Housing, Decree 02/2022/ND-CP guiding the Law on Real Estate Trading.

Besides, Mr. Tuan is also a Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of Hanoi Open University. He also regularly participates in writing articles for online newspaper Vnexpress, Dan Tri, Vietnamnet on issues related to investment, real estate, projects,..
