Our service fees are calculated based on the level of expertise required by the client, additional resources if the client requires urgent advice and an estimate of the time required for each type of work. The fees reflect the importance, difficulty and complexity of the work as well as the professional experience of the lawyers and staff involved in the consultation.

HELIO is always flexible in proposing a service fee structure and is happy to discuss with clients to find the most suitable service fee solution for each specific case.

1. Full package fee:
If the scope of services required by the client is clear and we can realistically estimate the amount of work and time required (for example, in the case of company formation, legal due diligence, contract drafting or licensing), we can propose a fixed fee for the entire service. This gives the client a firm guarantee of the expected fee, so that there is no need to worry about exceeding the budget plan.

2. Regular consulting fee:
For clients who use legal services regularly and want to be advised on legal issues that arise in their daily business, we propose a package of lawyer consulting hours (usually 07 to 15 hours per month) for a fixed regular fee, payable on a monthly basis. With this option, the client can request our support at any time, as long as it is within the hours provided, and will only need to pay the regular monthly consulting fee.

3. Hourly Fee:
For more complex matters where we are unable to estimate the extent of our involvement or the amount of work required (e.g. contract negotiations or complex, lengthy transactions), we may charge a reasonable hourly rate for our time spent advising clients. Our hourly rates are adjusted on January 1st each year. Clients should contact us for detailed hourly rates for each specific assignment.
