Ms. Nguyen Bao Hanh has 10 years of legal consulting experience in the fields of corporate law, public company administration, real estate, finance, commerce and investment.

Before joining HELIO, Ms. Hanh held legal positions at several large organizations operating in various sectors, such as: legal specialist at VinGroup, person in charge of corporate governance at Vincom Retail Joint Stock Company, corporate governance specialist at Sun Group, etc. Ms. Hanh has extensive experience in corporate governance and legal consulting, having been involved in corporate governance for many companies and advising on various multi-sector activities, working with numerous major partners. Some notable activities include: participating in IPO consulting and corporate governance at several large companies; advising on legal issues related to retail chain operations, and business and operation of large real estate projects; participating in large domestic and international capital mobilization transactions..
