Mr. Do Van Luc has 17 years of experience in legal consultancy and litigation in such fields of: Intellectual Property, Finance, Insurance and Civil Law. Prior to joining HELIO, Mr. Luc had worked in many law firms and large enterprises such as: Pham & Associate, Chubb Life, FE Credit and Manu Life. Mr. Luc has extensive experience in the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, protection of trademark rights, designs and patents for many famous brands such as Honda, BMW, P&G, Adidas, Gucci,…

In the field of insurance, he has experience in consulting leading insurance companies in Vietnam such as Chubb Life, Manu Life,… including operational advice, partnership contracts, risks, litigation… In the Finance sector, he worked at FE Credit as a Legal Specialist advising on operations, partnership, litigation, operations and lending matters.

Mr. Luc graduated a Bachelor of Jurisprudence from Hanoi National University and a Lawyer Training Course from the Judicial Academy of Vietnam.
