Mr. Nguyen Van Kien is a Partner, in charge of the Dispute Resolution Department. Lawyer Kien also has many years of consulting as an in-house lawyer in charge of dispute resolution for large corporations.

During 10 years of practice, Lawyer Kien has consulted, supported and represented clients who are domestic and foreign enterprises participating in dispute settlement at International Courts and Arbitration in many different fields such as: Construction, Real Estate, Enterprises, Mergers and acquisitions, Banking and Finance, Labour, Domestic and cross-border trade transactions. Among the cases Kien has participated in, there are complex cases resolved at ICC International Arbitration in Singapore, Vietnam International Arbitration and Vietnamese Courts. Mr. Kien holds a Master’s degree from The University of the West of England and a Bachelor’s degree from Hanoi Law University.
