Ms. Nguyen Thi Tu Linh is a Senior Associate at HELIO. Ms. Linh has more than 07 years of legal consulting experience in the fields of project law, mergers and acquisitions, investment, real estate – construction, finance – banking.

Before joining HELIO, Ms. Tu Linh worked for leading law firms in Vietnam such as BIZLINK and Jipyong. Ms. Tu Linh also has experience working as a legal specialist for SunShine Group.

Some outstanding works of Ms. Tu Linh:

• Giving legal advice on matters relating to investment in Vietnam, corporate governance, construction, management and operation of projects, transfer transactions on projects and assets, merger and acquisition, capital mobilization, business cooperation for multiple large-scale real estate projects invested with massive capital amounts, domestic and foreign investors, and State-owned enterprises.
• Assisting clients being foreign-invested enterprises in resolving disputes with their partners and clients, especially in construction and trade.

Ms. Tu Linh graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Law – University of Commerce and the Lawyer Training Course of the Vietnam Judicial Academy.
