Ms. Nguyen Mai Anh has nearly 05 years of legal consulting experience in the fields of commerce, M&A, investment, compliance control and corporate governance at one of the leading law firms in Vietnam.

Before officially joining HELIO, Ms. Mai Anh worked at Bizlink Lawfirm as a Legal Specialist – Head of the Business and Investment Team. Ms. Mai Anh also has experience working at SunshineHomes Development Joint Stock Company – the position of Financial Legal Specialist.

Some outstanding cases that Ms. Mai Anh has participated in:

• Providing regular legal consulting services for a Japanese-invested enterprise with the largest motorbike manufacturing market share in Vietnam;
• Providing regular legal consulting services for a leading foreign-invested enterprise in the field of electronic chip and robot manufacturing with a scale of 5,000 employees in a large industrial park in Hai Phong City;
• Legal advice on construction, e-commerce, and tax; Reviewing bilingual transaction contracts for US-invested enterprises in the field of automobile manufacturing;
• Legal appraisal of the investment project to build a tourist area in Phu Yen province with initial investment capital of up to millions of USD;
• Performing legal appraisal for many joint venture transactions, share purchases/capital contributions between foreign investors and Vietnamese enterprises.

Ms. Mai Anh graduated with a Bachelor of Law – Hanoi Law University, Lawyer Training Course of the Vietnam Judicial Academy and is currently a master’s student in Economic Law – Hanoi Law University.
